  • Please note that custom-made items may take additional time for preparation before shipping.

  • Domestic orders: 3-7 business days after processing.
  • International orders: Delivery times vary by location and may take up to 14-21 business days depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
  1. Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment’s progress using this tracking number.
  2. Shipping Delays:
    While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays or customs processing for international orders. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  1. Exchanges:
  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color or style, please follow the same steps as for a return. Once your return is processed, we will send out the new item if it's available in stock.
